Are your products tested on animals?

Nope and they never will be!  All of Plumeria's products are made with all natural ingredients free of harsh chemicals.  Because everything we use to make our products comes from nature, the only testing we do is for quality!  We use the products ourselves to make sure they live up to Plumeria's standards of offering, high quality, all natural skincare products at affordable prices.  So with that said, we're proud to say there's no animal testing done at Plumeria!

Please note:  Some of our products are vegan friendly but not all.  If you have a question about a specific product, please feel free to contact us.

Where do you get your ingredients?

We source all of our ingredients from reputable wholesale companies. Owner, Cindy Inman carefully researches the ingredients needed to make new items and constantly evaluates the quality of the ingredients we currently use to ensure we are using the best ingredients to make our products.  We can promise:

  • All of our oils are non-gmo.
  • Some of our oils are also organic, not all.
  • All of our fragrances are Phthalate free.
  • Our essential oils are 100% therapeutic grade.

Are your products FDA approved?

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or mitigate any disease. If you are pregnant, suffering from any medical condition, or are taking medication, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.

Do you ship internationally?

We can not ship internationally direct from our online store, however, if you'd like to buy Plumeria products and require international shipping, please contact us by email at cindy@plumeriabath.com. We'll be happy to find a way to get our products to you!

What if my skin has a negative reaction to Plumeria products?

A.

If your skin has a negative reaction to Plumeria products you should discontinue use immediately.  As per our return policy, when a product is opened and used, it can return it to us for a merchandise credit.

Do Plumeria products expire?

A.

Plumeria products do not expire.  However, since we do not use harsh preservatives  we do recommend trying to use them within six months even though most of our products are fine beyond that.

Q?

I noticed some black dots on my Plumeria lotion, what is that?

A.

If you see black dots on your products, it may be the start of mold.  Because our products are all natural and do not contain harsh preservatives many of them to do have the same shelf life as standard store bought products that are chemically engineered to sit on the shelves for long periods of time.

My whip was accidentally frozen, can I still use it?

A.

You sure can!  Just let it thaw to room temperature and you should be good to go!

Are your products safe for babies and children?

A.

All of Plumeria’s products are made from natural ingredients.  We don’t add harsh chemicals or preservatives so they are safe for everyone that uses them.  We do however add fragrance.  So while many babies and children do just fine with Plumeria products if you have a child with sensitive skin, consider sticking to our products that do not contain fragrance or testing a small portion of their skin with our products before use.
