Shipping Policy

Plumeria products can be shipped throughout United States and internationally for an additional cost to the shipper.   For domestic shipping, we use the United States Postal Service.  Shipping rates vary based on your order.  Products typically ship within 3-5 business days of payment and 2-3 days for shipping.  For questions about shipping or to arrange international shipping contact our customer service at plumcustomer@plumeriabath.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

For a Full Refund – Products can be returned for a full refund if accompanied by the purchase receipt and if they are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase.

If the product is opened and used, a merchandise credit will be issued.  Shipping costs are not refundable, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping charges on merchandise being returned to the Company unless the merchandise is defective or is received by the customer in damaged condition.

Purchases through a Plumeria Consultant – If you wish to return a product that was purchased through a Plumeria Consultant, please contact your consultant directly to make arrangements. Each consultant is responsible for their own returns and customer service. If you have a customer service issue with a consultant, please contact our customer service at Plumcustomer@plumeriabath.com.
